So I got a job

I am currently working at Staples Canada as a Technology Associate. How about that?

What does this mean?

-More figures (Most likely)
-More MONEY!
-More Technological experience
-More stuff in general.

As well, I'll try to post WL for this week very soon. I work on Saturday from 9 til 6 and then I have Harbour Haunt, so I'll be very busy this week.

Until next time!

I don't think LLWO will be done in time...

But don't worry. I'll do my LLWO cosplay some other time.

For now, I'm going to cosplay Pit from Kid Icarus for Halloween. More people will be able to recognize me in school and it's easy to make.

Want: Griffon Enterprises 1/8 Sealed Wizard - Hijiri Byakuren

As a Touhou fanatic, when I saw this figure show up on Amiami, I went ecstatic. The gradient of her hair is amazing and the flow of the figure is extravagant. I really want this figure and am currently saving up for it. I'm about half way there.

She can be preordered from here.

So I was hypnotized...

About half an hour ago, I was at The Amazing Kreskin show here in Newfoundland. Kreskin is a mentalist who has predicted many events such as 9/11, election results, etc. He also does hypnotism.

He asked for those who wanted to be hypnotized to go to the stage. I, being a fan of hypnotism, decided to volunteer and go onstage. There, he had us do a few things to test whom of the group were the best to hypnotize. I passed the tests and took my seat.

There, I forgot my name, fell asleep while a song played, were unable stand and then unable to sit, etc.

Finally, after he woke us up, we left the stage and shook hands with a random stranger, where a trap was set for us. We couldn't let go of the people's hands.

Finally, after leaving the theatre, we all started to feel really relaxed. To this moment I feel amazingly relaxed.

It was an amazing show.

Weekly Lick 28

It's been a long time, but I've finally been able to make a new WL post! Sorry for the long delay.

Not only have I acquired 2 new Nendoroids, I've added a dead tree to the background of my Touhou section.

Enjoy!

Drawing: Lololol Chibi Mamizou

Sadly, this took 2 hours. I'm an Adobe PS master, but an Adobe Illustrator noob.

You mad bah?

New Blog Theme!

I was really bored today, so I decided to make a new blog theme based off SeeU, the new Vocaloid for Vocaloid 3.

As well, I made a Chibi version of Mamizou Futatsuiwa, which will be posted in a bit. I find it hilarious.

BTW, DISCLAIMER:

I DID NOT DRAW ANY OF THE SEEU PICTURES, SO THEY ARTIST DESERVE A BIG APPLAUSE FOR THEIR AMAZING WORK!

Review: Nendoroid Madoka Kaname

In a galaxy far, far away, an order for Nendoroid Totori was made by a Newfoundlander during the end of the spring. A few weeks later, a message had been sent to this Newfoundlander, who had traveled across the ocean to an New Scottish area known as Greenwood.

This message informed the Newfoundlander that his original order for Nendoroid Totori had failed. Upset, the Newfoundlander searched and searched for a figure that would make a good replacement for the one that never showed. Hope soon turned to despair as the Newfoundlander could not find another Totori that had a good price. But, as he traveled the oceans again to his homeland, he soon thought of an alternative.

That alternative being Nendoroid Madoka Kaname, a figure that was just released a few days prior to this thought. He searched and searched for a Madoka online that had a good price, and lo and behold, he found it. It was still up for preorder on a site known as Kid Nemo, so the Newfoundlander made his order.

BUT! His order would mean nothing the following days, and he browsed one of his favourite sites, Amiami, and found Madoka on sale for 20% off. The Newfoundlander immediately cancelled his other order and ordered Kaname from Amiami.

Days turned into weeks as the Newfoundlander waited, and finally, after 4 months of ordering a figure, one had arrived...

Review up soon, WL up tomorrow

I just finished taking the photos for the Madoka Review, and I'm currently uploading them to my computer and editing them. They should be up in the next two hours.

As well, I have a reminder on my desk telling me to take the WL photos tomorrow, so that will most likely be happening tomorrow.

Unboxing: Nendoroid Madoka Kaname

LOL, WHERE HAZ I BEEN? Good question, self. I'm been really busy, as stated, with things such as test, assignments, conferences (Leadership conferences), and cadets. Sadly, I've been neglecting the blog a lot because of it (I lurk all the time, but don't post). Well, this changes today (hopefully).

Well, about 2 hours ago, I received an email from The Asian and one of my figures had arrived. Excited, I drove over to her house after finishing my Gail's Organic Cold Remedy from David's Tea and picked up the figure.

Someone has arrived!

And a post will be up in less than an hour!

Stay tuned!

What I'm waiting for

You may be wondering why I haven't posted a WL yet. Well there are a few reasons why:

- I've been really busy lately with school work, so I don't have the time.
- I just got back from a Bush Ex with cadets, so I was away for a while.
- I have started Biathlon training, so there's even less time for me.

- I'm waiting for a certain figure to arrive, so that I can have a bunch of post to do at the same time.

I'm deeply sorry.
